Summary of Week 7

The objectives that were completed this week were:

-Generate first and second versions of digital mockups
-Review team's digital mockup versions
-Generate new version over the weekend based on Steve's version.

Expectations for Week 7

Here are the objectives of the week:

-Create digital renderings of the expected final product
-Compare and combine ideas from other team members
-Expect to have more work to do by the end of the week.

Summary of Week 6

This past week, the objectives that we accomplished are:

-Create paper-prototype of future web application
-Collaborate with other team members to combine ideas
-Generate a template for the layout of the IA document

Objectives of Week 6

This week begins the prototyping of the mobile web interface. The objectives for this week are:

-Create/Draw individual ideas/prototypes of a working mobile web interface for TPS.
-Combine best prototypes from each member of the QA Team.
-Review created prototype and determine if it is workable/possible.

Summary of Week 5

This past week has been a ramping up period for this class, the project needs to be kicked into high gear to be able to finish on time. The items that were completed this past week were:

-Proofread final version of Conceptual Design and Feasibility document
-Finalize Requirements
-Review assignments from other teams.

Objectives of Week 5

For this week, we are kicking this project into high gear with an attention to the following:

-Create Requirements and have them finalized by Friday.
-Create executive summary for document.
-Proofread Requirements from all teams.
-Generate terms and definitions for the document.
-Keep up to date with all expectations for the group.
-Proofread entire document and check for format errors and make adjustments where deemed necessary.

Summary of Week 4

Due to the updated time line, next week will focus on the creation of Requirements. As for this past week, the objectives that were completed were:

-An email was sent to Dan Herbert and some good feedback was delivered.
-Attention to detail was stressed and adopted.
-Per the meeting with Mike, a new focus was adopted with attention being directed towards the creation of Requirements.

Expectations for Week 4

This week is the start of the Domain and Discovery phase of the project. To ensure that the first phase of the project was completed, some follow up work is necessary, this work includes:

-Email Dan Herbert and request any sources used for any work created last week.
-Be more thorough and meticulous when reviewing and proofreading work.
-Review document created by Scott.

Week 3 Wrap-up

Due to the shortened week, understanding the OWASP standards has been pushed to Monday. The items that were accomplished this week were:

-Reading of first 5 OWASP standards.
-Proofreading and editing every team's Risk tables.
-Formatting every teams Risk tables (if necessary).

Objectives for Week 3

Here are the objectives for the week of January 26th:

-Read and completely understand OWASP Top 10 vulnerability list.
-Edit assigned documents to ensure professionality.
-Format assigned documents to ensure conformity.

Summary of Week 2 - January 23

Items completed this week and expected to be completed by Monday:

-List required documents for Technical Development group and Project Management group.
-Read PCI document for Monday.
-Be more diligent with blogs and assignments in the future.

Week 2 Objectives

This week we are starting to hit full stride with this group project. To keep the forward momentum I will have to get in contact with the Project Management and Technical Development teams to find out what documents they feel would be beneficial to have captured for this project. I will need to contact Klaudia and Dan to find out the necessary information and also I will add any information that I feel would be beneficial as well.

Questions Concerning Video

After watching the video, many of my previous questions and misconceptions were resolved. However there are some lingering queries that remain.

1.) Will scheduled tasks and appointments be able to be transferred from sales rep. to sales rep. in the case of the original sales rep. not being able to fulfill the the task?

2.) I know its a hard number to quantify, but how much more money can TPS expect to generate after implementing this new technology. I am trying to get an idea of the magnitude of this business venture and for me, money is a good barometer for the scale of a project.

3.) Will we have have enough time to fulfill all of the requirements put upon us from TPS?

These are just some questions that I have and would like to see them answered in some way.

Little late

I know its a little late to be posting my first message but I meant to do it last night and just forgot.

Objectives for this week:

-Get acquainted with team members if not already
-Understand expectations of QA group for the project
-Create the Writing Deliverable Guideline Paper and the Project Communications Document.
-Watch TPS meeting video.
