Week 3 Wrap-up

Due to the shortened week, understanding the OWASP standards has been pushed to Monday. The items that were accomplished this week were:

-Reading of first 5 OWASP standards.
-Proofreading and editing every team's Risk tables.
-Formatting every teams Risk tables (if necessary).

Objectives for Week 3

Here are the objectives for the week of January 26th:

-Read and completely understand OWASP Top 10 vulnerability list.
-Edit assigned documents to ensure professionality.
-Format assigned documents to ensure conformity.

Summary of Week 2 - January 23

Items completed this week and expected to be completed by Monday:

-List required documents for Technical Development group and Project Management group.
-Read PCI document for Monday.
-Be more diligent with blogs and assignments in the future.

Week 2 Objectives

This week we are starting to hit full stride with this group project. To keep the forward momentum I will have to get in contact with the Project Management and Technical Development teams to find out what documents they feel would be beneficial to have captured for this project. I will need to contact Klaudia and Dan to find out the necessary information and also I will add any information that I feel would be beneficial as well.

Questions Concerning Video

After watching the video, many of my previous questions and misconceptions were resolved. However there are some lingering queries that remain.

1.) Will scheduled tasks and appointments be able to be transferred from sales rep. to sales rep. in the case of the original sales rep. not being able to fulfill the the task?

2.) I know its a hard number to quantify, but how much more money can TPS expect to generate after implementing this new technology. I am trying to get an idea of the magnitude of this business venture and for me, money is a good barometer for the scale of a project.

3.) Will we have have enough time to fulfill all of the requirements put upon us from TPS?

These are just some questions that I have and would like to see them answered in some way.

Little late

I know its a little late to be posting my first message but I meant to do it last night and just forgot.

Objectives for this week:

-Get acquainted with team members if not already
-Understand expectations of QA group for the project
-Create the Writing Deliverable Guideline Paper and the Project Communications Document.
-Watch TPS meeting video.
